COMMUNITY INFORMATION LINE SERVICE

FirstCall’s Community Information Line Service is an inbound telephone messaging and notification system that allows your municipality and government agencies to provide the community's citizens with important, timely information about any unfolding emergency incident or high profile event occurring in the area.


The system has two primary capabilities:
» The first alert tool enables Emergency (EOC) Directors to access the system from any phone 
to easily pre-record or create on "the fly" messages via telephone, then change and manage incident messages.

» The second tool enables the public to call into an 800 number and listen to messages placed there by EOC Managers. The public can only listen to messages; they cannot create or place messages. Your citizens have real time official information regardless of where they are.

SUMMARY OF SPECIALIZED FEATURES THAT ENABLE YOU TO SEAMLESSLY COMMUNICATE:

» You can post real time information to protect and inform your citizens, your employees, and the media.
