Sharat joined FirstCall as an intern in August of 2009 and graduated in December of 2009 with a Master of Science degree  in systems science from Louisiana State University.











Achievements include:

• Awarded TOP grade in course work and FIRST in class for the project in one of the most competitive courses at LSU in web application development.
• Undergraduate Final Year Project ‘Editorial Workflow’ was AWARDED FINANCIALLY for winning the BEST PROJECT of the entire batch of 2007.
• Active volunteer at The Association for India’s Development (AID), involved in event management and finance for funding AID’s projects.
• Elected as the general secretary of the Indian Student Association at LSU. Responsible for managing and planning cultural and social events within the community.
