Jeff graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree. While completing his education, Jeff began working in the FirstCall operator training program. Jeff passed the operator exam and became a certified FirstCall operator in 1999. During this time Jeff assisted with many emergency call outs, ranging from prison breaks to missing children and many other emergency situations our customers have encountered. Additionally, Jeff developed the operator’s emergency callout log forms that FirstCall uses to this day.
Jeff currently maintains a multifaceted role as the Account Executive in charge of account set up, data acquisitions, and as manager of customer training customer service.
