Red attended Nicholls State University and LaSalle University graduating in 1978 with majors in management and computer science. Red is also a 1989 graduate of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s - Emergency Management Institute. Red became a CEM (Certified Emergency Manager) in 1995, the highest available certification in the field of emergency management.
When Hurricane Mitch devastated the country of Honduras, Red headed the relief effort that collected thousands of pounds of food and medical supplies; he personally transported the collected goods to the loading site in northern Arkansas. Red’s dedication to helping people ideally suits him for his position with FirstCall Interactive Network.
Prior to joining FirstCall Interactive, Red was a loyal public servant employed in government for 21 years, while at the same time serving as the president, aka high-ranking board member, for numerous emergency preparedness agencies and associations.
